Soccer Ball

The other day Clay and I were in Dick's and Liam found a size one soccer ball. He hasn't put it down since. Look out Mitchell, here he comes.

Little Engineer at Work

Liam gets mad that we don't let him touch the computers in the house. So this week we took his table and one of Clay's spare keyboards and made him his own "computer". He likes to sit at his desk typing away when mommy checks her emails in the morning. Here's our little engineer at work.

Thing of the Week

Liam is so proud of himself that he can walk in circles. He'll spin until he's dizzy and fall over, get up, and start all over again. He also realized he can walk backwards.

Liam's new thing this week is to try to eat your nose. It could be because he is teething, but he thinks it's the funniest thing ever, or at least this week.

New Room

This past week, we moved Liam into the larger bedroom making his old room the guest room/Clay's office. Liam threw a fit when I took apart his crib to get it through the doorway. He was crying and screaming as he was handing me the screws and screwdriver to fix his bed. He settled down once I started putting it back together. I love having him in the new room. He has so much more space to play and more room for his toys.

Oh No!!

We are in trouble. Yesterday Liam figured out how to open the back door and went right out side as if he has been doing it all along. Unfortunately he comes from a long line of escape artists. I was hoping he would have been a little older before he figured out doors.

Lowry Park Zoo

This past Saturday, we went to the zoo in Tampa. It was so miserably hot that I let Liam play in the fountain with his clothes on while Shannon worked on her school project. We had a great time though. They had a baby rhino and monkey there that were to cute for words.

Swimming

Angie and Devon came to Florida this past week to look for an apartment since they are moving here this summer. While they were visiting they crashed at my parents and well so did I. Here's us all hanging out at the pool.

Zoo Trip

Shannon has to go to the zoo for school, but she doesn't want to go by herself. So this Sunday we are taking Liam to Lowry Park Zoo. Well I found out that if I get zoo pass for the zoo here in Melbourne, not only do I get to go back all year, but I get a discounted rate at other zoos around the country. Clay and I planned on getting zoo passes anyways, so it just make sense. Now our trip will be $15 instead of $40.

Therefore, today we made a quick trip to the Brevard Zoo. Since we drove up there to get the passes anyways, I took Clay to look around. Here is a video of Liam and I watching the giraffes.
