Rainy Day

Since it's supposed to rain all day I needed to figure out what to do with Liam today. I decided that we should make some cookies. Liam helped crack the eggs, unwrap the butter, and pour in all the ingredients. His favorite part was using the beaters to mix it all up. After the dough was done, I gave Jager and Liam a beater while I scooped the dough onto a cookie sheet. Here's Liam eating cookie dough and watching his cookies bake. He kept pressing his face against the glass saying "ummmm cookies". He was so excited to have some cookies and milk with his lunch.

Birthday

Clay asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday. I still can't believe I said I wanted to go to the beach. We went earlier in the morning so it was still nice out and we stayed for about an hour. My favorite part of the day was when Liam and Clay started chasing the birds down the beach. Afterwards we went to Cold Stone and got a quart of ice cream for after dinner. Clay also got a babysitter so that we could go out for a late lunch with some of our friends. What a great day.Walking to the water.Splashing in the waves.

What Did the Rooster Say to Peter?

I have been listening to an auto bible while I'm in the car. Well yesterday on the way to Target, I was at the end of Mark, when Peter denies Christ three times. After the rooster crowed I heard Liam in the back saying cock a doodle doo. I didn't even realize that he was listening. Well today at lunch he started doing it again and well I got it on tape.

New Pillow

Clay needed a new pillow, again, so we went to Bed Bath. We decided to get Clay a really nice pillow this time so that it won't get destroyed in 2mths. Here's Liam and Daddy testing it out in the store.

Ash Wednesday

Liam and I went to 8am Mass this morning since it was Ash Wednesday. He did so good, well except the last 5-10mintues. Because he did so well we went to get smoothies. Yummy. Liam inhaled his and then proceeded to try to take mine.

3mth Checkup

I can't believe I had my 3mth checkup appt today. Where has the time gone? Today's appt was very long. Thankfully Jordan was able to watch Liam for me. I had to turned in all of my paperwork and then we had to go over all the paperwork, which was the longest part. As far as the actually appointment goes, my bp was 110/60, which I thought was low for me and I was 152lbs (12 down since Christmas). Dr. Wolk was concerned about the weight loss, until we started talking about how I lost 25lbs with my first. If it's still dropping at my next appt, he will prob put me on meds so I don't have to go to the hospital. Dr. Wolk also used the Doppler for the heartbeat which isn't normally heard til 15wks. Well baby duo's was loud and clear. Then there was every one's favorite-lab work. I was so dizzy afterwards that I went and picked up lunch at Wendy's. Ummmmmmmmm spicy chicken nuggets, my favorite. Next appt is April 5th.

11 Weeks

The past couple of weeks I've started, for the most part, to feeling better. My belly has definitely started to pop out. I had to already pull out my maternity clothes out of the attic. Everyone said it would happen earlier this time but I was surprised how much earlier. I have my first dr appt this Tuesday. It's the long one with your medical history and labs. I'm so thankful that our friend Jordan is taking Liam for me; there is no way he would make it 3hrs.
