It was the Craic

Yesterday was our fourth annual St. Patty's Day Party, and our largest yet.  I made 8.5lbs or Corned Beef, 6qt of Beef and Guinness, 3.5qt of Parliament Bean Soup, 3.5qt of Potato and Leek soup, 2 batches of bread pudding with homemade butterscotch sauce, and all that is left was a couple slices of Clay brown bread and about a cup of the bean soup.  We were shocked that the corned beef was gone in less than 20 minutes (above).
Clay brewed a Guinness clone and an Irish Red for our party as well as baked four loaves of bread.
Somethings cooking in the Gilmore House.
(Parliament Bean Soup and Beef and Guinness of course!)

Oh the mess, and this was after I had already started picking up.
